VFAF’s Cait Corrigan Joins White House Stakeholder Call While Advocating for H.R. 4668 – The End the Vaccine Carveout Act
WASHINGTON, D.C. — On July 24, 2025, Cait Corrigan of Veterans for America First (VFAF) participated in the White House “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) Stakeholder Call, hosted by the Office of Public Liaison. The call focused on critical national health priorities and featured leaders from across the country committed to restoring medical freedom and transparency in healthcare policy.
While actively engaging in national policy conversations, Corrigan was also on Capitol Hill advocating for the reintroduction of H.R. 4668 – The End the Vaccine Carveout Act, led by Rep. Paul Gosar. This legislation seeks to restore accountability and empower victims of vaccine injury by:

Repealing vaccine manufacturers’ liability shield, giving individuals the ability to pursue civil action for injuries and deaths caused by vaccines.

Removing the statute of limitations for claims filed under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).

Eliminating the COVID-19 vaccines' designation as "countermeasures" under the PREP Act, which currently blocks legal recourse for many victims.

Preserving the VICP while allowing plaintiffs to choose between that program or civil litigation — but not both.
“This legislation puts the rights of the people first,” Corrigan said. “It ensures that vaccine manufacturers are no longer protected at the expense of everyday Americans. We must restore balance and justice in public health policy.”
Corrigan encouraged all concerned citizens to contact their Members of Congress and urge support for H.R. 4668.
Cait Corrigan is a National Ambassador for Veterans for America First (VFAF), a constitutional conservative advocate, and a tireless champion for medical freedom.
