VFAF Representative David Draper Attends North Carolina Federation of Republican Men Meeting
Wilson, North Carolina at the NC Baseball Museum & Historic Fleming Stadium,— David Draper, a representative for Veterans for America First (VFAF), attended the North Carolina Federation of Republican Men meeting this afternoon, where he engaged in networking, grassroots conversations, and conservative fellowship alongside other local and state Republican leaders.
Also in attendance was Kari Donovan, who was present to cover the event and provide media support for VFAF.US. The gathering offered a relaxed yet impactful atmosphere, complete with a baseball game that allowed attendees to connect outside the usual political setting.
Draper noted the opportunity to meet several Republicans he had previously seen at events but had never spoken with directly. Among those he finally connected with was Michele Nix—a respected GOP leader known for her procedural knowledge and mentoring within conservative circles.
“Michele has been a mentor to me on many parliamentary and political questions over the years,” Draper shared in post-event remarks. “She’s one of those powerhouse GOP women who takes the time to help others be more effective. I’ve always respected her guidance, even when it came through constructive criticism on social media. It was a privilege to finally meet her and her husband in person.”
VFAF continues to support active participation in local and regional GOP events as part of its broader mission to strengthen America First values and encourage principled leadership across the nation.
